Getting ready to live overseas for four years is no small task. The months leading up to our departure on 15 March have been filled with plenty of things to do. Here’s a glimpse of what we’ve done so far.

We’ve read a lot of material to help us prepare

Endless readings

We’ve passed medical exams

Healthy and vaccinated

We’ve made donations

Off to the Salvation Army

We’ve sold stuff

Goodbye car

We’ve organised stuff

Deciding what books to bring

And the hardest of all…we’ve started to say goodbye to friends and family

Saying goodbye to Luke's Oma

The list of things that still need to be completed is much longer but I will have just over two weeks after I get back from the States to finish all our preparations. Time will fly. It always does and before we know it we will be in our  new apartment in Taipei unpacking.
